Plastic corrugated is constructed by fusing together sheets of polypropylene or HDPE to fluted plastic, creating a flexible, durable material that is chemically inert to most acids and oils and has a NIL pH level. Plastic corrugated products can be sterilized repeatedly, making them ideal for use in the medical, pharmaceutical, and food handling industries.
We treat our corrugated plastic is corona treated for added adhesion, providing a printable surface for graphic applications such as signage and packaging. We can also provide silkscreen services, if requested.
Corrugated Plastic Sheets
Customers can order stock or custom sized plastic sheets in various thicknesses and colors. Stock sheet sizes are 4' x 8', and are available in 4mm or 5mm thicknesses.
Plastic Corrugated Boxes
Our custom containers and plastic corrugated boxes are custom fabricated to your specifications. Boxes can be fitted with plastic dividers for improved organization and rigidity. We can also build custom plastic corrugated racks and carts used in industrial applications.
