Cut Foam (Die Cut / CNC / Waterjet)

Advanced Foam Packaging. The Latest in Foam Cutting Technology

Since 1992, we've continuously expanded our foam cutting techniques to include the most advanced foam cutting capabilities available. We fabricate any type of foam packaging from rigid or flexible foams. Our die cut, CNC, and waterjet foam cutters provide quality, cost-effective custom foam packaging as you need it.

All foam cutting is done on an individual customer basis to ensure we meet your unique specifications. Polyurea coatings are also available upon request. Our experience in foam packing projects includes:

  • Electronic Dunnage (Foam End Caps)
  • Orthopedic Foam
  • Foam Bedding
  • Automotive Dunnage
  • Foam Tooling Kits
  • Military-Grade Cases
  • Satellite Foams
  • Assembly Line Automotive Racks
  • Handheld Totes

Our foam cut packaging includes any special instructions such as gluing product manuals to the inside of cases or providing plastic corrugated dividers for automotive parts. We also help determine the optimal foam material for your foam packaging, including flexible polyurethane, rubbers in various durometers, polyethylene foam (PE), and CLPE Crosslink, XLPE, X-link, and HDPE.

Die Cut Foam

Die cutting is the preferred method for cutting flexible foams. We employ industrial mechanical stamping presses to provide high quality, consistent results. Die cut foam products include die cut end caps, foam gaskets, die cut rubber, and die cut foam packaging.

CNC Cut Foam

Foam is inserted into either a horizontal or vertical CNC machine and cut along a pre-determined path. CNC foam cutters provide increased accuracy when fabricating intricate foam designs.

Waterjet Cut Foam

Foamworks is a full service watercut fabricator, offering multiple watercut foam cutters capable of straight cuts or complex angles. Waterjet foam cutters are also cut foam rubbers used to line automotive racks. Foam rubbers are available in various durometers.
