Foamworks is a specialized manufacturer of contour cut foam designed for rehabilitation and physical therapy. Our CNC contour foam cutting capabilities allow us to fabricate foam rehabilitation products in custom shapes and dimensions.

Custom orthopedic foam reduces the period of post-operative physical therapy and keeps patients comfortable throughout the recovery process. We provide a wide variety of foam wedges & memory foam designed to improve blood circulation, breathing, and comfort.

Bariatric Mattresses

For heavier patient rehabilitation and recovery, bariatric mattresses provide additional support to promote comfort and adequate blood flow. Our custom bariatric mattresses have a weight capacity of up to 600 lbs., and are available in custom sizes and thicknesses. Bariatric foam is commonly used for patient beds, hospital beds, and operating tables.

For heavier patients, bedsores are generally the result of excessive pressure to specific areas of the body caused by inadequate mattress support. This pressure restricts normal blood flow, creating bedsores that can take weeks or months to heal.

High density bariatric foam is designed to prevent bedsores and pressure sores by evenly distributing weight. Bariatric mattresses also feature tapered ends to reduce pressure on the heels and ankles.

In addition to bariatric mattresses, we also fabricate bariatric beds for home use and bariatric cushions for wheel chairs.

Orthopedic Foam Wedges

We fabricate a wide range of foam wedges in various densities, including knee wedges, leg wedges, and flat-top wedges. Our orthopedic foam wedges our contour cut into custom shapes for optimal patient positioning during physical therapy. Foam wedges are ideal for knee elevation and lower back support to reduce swelling and promote quicker healing.

All foam wedges are available in custom dimensions. Foam wedges are available in both visco elastic foam and convoluted foam.

Cervical Pillows / Cervical Rolls

Our cervical pillows feature high and low density lobes for various levels of firmness. Cervical pillows are available in convoluted or visco elastic foam, and are custom fabricated to your size specifications.

Available in custom sizes and densities, cervical rolls are ideal for orthopedic neck support. Cervical rolls are fabricated using high-quality urethane foam, and are designed for insertion into pillows.

Coccyx Cushions

Our coccyx cushions relieve pressure for patients recovering from tailbone injuries. Unlike traditional circular coccyx cushions, our cushions feature high-density foam on the sides and convoluted foam centers, providing a pain-free sitting experience. Coccyx cushions are available in custom lengths and densities.
